Mahadev is from Pokhara a city that lies beneath the towering Annapurna Range. He began working in the trekking industry as a porter and quickly moved up to become an assistant guide and now a guide. He is licensed as both a Pokhara city guide and a trekking guide. He has extensive experice in the treks around his home city of Pokhara in the Annapurna region, as well Upper Mustang and Dhaulagiri. Mahadeve says “I love to enjoy nature, make the new friends, and exchange the culture with them. So trekking is not only the job it is a passion of my life.”
