Nepal Mountain Academy has been supporting female trekking guides through their female trekking guide training program. Sherpana is proud to offer these well trained government licensed trekking guides a platform to connect with clients. Due to cultural considerations female guides will not guide all male trekking groups. The rates shown are the amount that the guide will be paid per day on your trek, we believe in paying our guides fairly and being transparent about the wages they receive. Guides will receive requests only once a payment has been made. If the guide cannot accept your request you will have the option of taking a different guide or canceling the trek.
