All of our listed Nepali trekking guides are government licensed. The rates shown are the amount that the guide will be paid per day on your trek, we believe in paying our guides fairly and being transparent about the wages they receive. Guides will receive requests only once a payment has been made. If the guide cannot accept your request you will have the option of taking a different guide or canceling the trek.
