Chhebi is originally from the Sankhuwasabha region in Eastern Nepal, near Makalu. He is has completed his trekking guide training and has led treks all over Nepal, including the Everest and Kanchenjunga regions.

Great trekking guide. Chhebi is a fun and honest trekking guide, i would recommend him without hesitations. Our Guide Chhebi and our Porter Pasang have done a very good job. They have been a great team and it was a pleasure to walk with them. Chhebi managed the tour perfectly and organised the choice of tea houses well. During the breaks we felt well looked after. He pointed out places of interest and was very knowledgeable. We really liked his calm approach. Being rather in the background than actively directing the trek.
