The small lodge at this flat clearing on the north side of the Rolwaling Koshi is only open during the fall trekking season. Before crossing the Rolwaling Koshi to reach Dangding, trekkers are rewarded with some of the best views of the 7,134 m (23,406 ft) south face of Gaurishankar.
